Can I use a purchase order?
Unfortunately no. To keep costs low, we only accept credit cards. However, if you work with a managed service provider or other partner, we can roll that into your current services. Just have your vendor reach out to us at 1-510-852-9237.
What if I need multiple assessments?
The best option is the commercial account which allows unlimited assessments. If you only need two or three then it is best to buy multiple codes.
I completed my purchase... now what?
Your access code will be sent to the email you signed up with. In that email is the link to start your assessment.

Your account information is sent to the email you registered with. That email has the link to start your assessment.

I bought a commercial account, how do I share access?
You will have codes for 5 users in the email sent to the email you registered with. These are one time use so please use wisely. Share these codes with the others in your organization or register them yourself.
More users are available for purchase.
How do I cancel my account?
All accounts are yearly. You may cancel your renewal inside the application that is linked to your email.
